Thoroughbred Charities
Poppet Press is pleased to donate a portion of the proceeds from special events and website referrals to several Thoroughbred charities.
The book signing at HITS Ocala on March 14th will benefit the Florida Farm Managers Foundation and the Florida Horse Protection Association.
Standing in the Gap is the latest charity to benefit from sales of the Bonnie Books. This group will stand in the gap for injured thoroughbred racehorses just moments off the track. They will provide nurturing care, rehabilitation, and training for these fallen athletes. They will guard their dignity with our integrity; teaching them - through love, commitment, and endurance - to become effective mentors for our returning military vets.
